Just swimming for now

I have some problems with my knee again, so it has been only swimming over the past two weeks. I have also done some stretching and very gentle walking - no point in logging that. But my knee is getting better, so hopefully I’ll be able to start more serious walking in the next few days and hopefully return to running before Christmas.
